Our Systems require no maintenance other than normal cleaning and are suitable for a variety of uses with it’s free-running, snag-free roller wheeled curtain hooks and press-slide removal points.
The EcoVision 500 Cubicle Track System are made from premium grade aluminium and are used in hospitals, clinics, sports centres and other public buildings.
The track system can be used to divide areas of restricted space or fixed to provide permanent suspended fixtures.
Roller Wheel Curtain Hooks mean curtains are light and easy to draw and will last for years.
They Aluminim Profile is made of high grade aluminium and requires no additional separate parts, allowing it to span 3.0m between supports with no flexing or sag.
The design allows for clearly visible numbering and the system can can be used in conjunction with the EcoVision Anti-Ligature System.
All EcoVision 500 Cubicle Track Systems are available in made-to-measure form ready for installation or in individual component form.
EcoVision 500 Cubicle Track Range
EcoVision 500 – CT (Cubicle Track)
The EcoVision 500 Cubicle Track System is a rigid, high-grade aluminium track section.
It is maintenance free and curtains are hung via self-lubricated wheeled roller hooks and is used in hospitals around the world.
The track system can span 3.0m between hangers and uses die-cast aluminium wall shoes to secure against a wall, or suspension hangers for a rigid connection to their ceiling.

EcoVision 500 – Mobile Track
The EcoVision 500 Mobile Track System can be adapted quickly and securely.
This rigid, high-grade aluminium people section provides a stable core with moveable divider tracks added where required.
They revolutionise space by allowing for rapid alteration of cubicle widths when required to allow for provision of patient care or to accommodate equipment.
The system comprises of a track with curtains and a back track without curtains fixed to the wall behind the beds.
Mobile trolleys run with special slots in these tracks and carry the mobile dividing rails with curtains on neoprene-tired wheels.
The EcoVision 500 Mobile Track System can be ordered in any RAL colour with numbering system, stainless steel roller hooks or rings.
Electric Blackout provides fingertip blackout whenever required.
Operated by a flash mounted switch or option remote control, this 230v AV motor is quiet and reliable and provides 100% blackout.
All hardware is black powder-coated aluminium with moulded black plastic fittings for face or recess fixing.
The 53mm grooved aluminium barrel houses the blackout fabric with heavy duty bottom bar locked into a groove in 75mm side channels.
The EcoVision 700 EB is available in any RAL colour.

EcoVision 500 – Telescopic Divider Rail
The EcoVision 500 Telescopic Divider Rail has a high-grade but lightweight aluminium wall-mounted rail.
The folding mechanism can be adjusted in length up to 2100mm with curtains mounded to the rail by large plastic loops.
It is designed specifically for doctors, surgeries, hospitals and other healthcare institutes where space and privacy needs conflict and a fixed system is not suitable.
It can be deployed fully in less than 10 seconds or stored against the wall when not required.
There is a choice of length of telescopic arms along with a wide range of flame retardant colours.

EcoVision 500 – IST-MD (Intravenous Support Track Medium Duty)
The EcoVision Intravenous Support Track medium duty can be ceiling mounted or suspended at cubicle track heigh of 2.1m.
The system utilises economical two point drop carriers with nylon runners and can span 2.5m without support.
It was created to provide fixings for drip bags at a moments notice and, as the carrier is track mounted, can be moved to one side of the cubical when not in use and positioned at either side of the bed when required.
Each track is fitted with a press-slide carrier access point to enable extra carriers at any time.
